I retained Andrew for guidance on a small business/real estate matter regulated by the city government and affected by changing political winds in New Orleans. He provided spot-on legal, regulatory and political guidance which prevented me from making bad investments, and got me focused instead on future business opportunities that would actually pan out a little farther down the time horizon. Andrew is super pleasant to work with, and he has a rare work ethic within his profession because he was focused on giving me the greatest value for the time allotted ... instead of looking for ways to extend the billable hours. I intend to use Andrew in future legal/business endeavors.

I needed a contract developed on a tight time frame and Jackie, Andrew and Rachel were just fabulous --making sure the deadline was met, answering all of my questions, and even following up with me right before the deadline (after they had submitted the final product to me) to make sure I had everything I needed. Wow! I can only speak very highly of my experience with Mr. Legrand,being that I just lost my father, this was a difficult time in my life;Mr. Legrand was very thorough with information, explanation and advice,Although my ordeal went longer than expected, I never felt that he lost interest or that he placed me on the back burner; he was rather accessible in time of need, always returning my phone calls, emails or texts. After my ordeal was consummated, that was when I received the biggest shocker of them all; I had a large check waiting for me, moneys that were unused, I wasn't expecting to receive anything back, but he said some expenses were lower than estimated because it was a different state, who returns hundreds of dollars back to the client these days, I was glad to know there is still a man of integrity and high morals out there serving the people.Thank you Mr. Legrand for your services,Maxie
