Very unprofessional. We applied for a mortgage with them and never heard back, and when we called to follow up the manager was rude and basically yelled at me.

I have gone there twice and both time to me they seemed very rude to me. The second time I went they told me that there was not a fee for shared branching and on my account after that that small transaction there was a $5 fee.

Spirit of Alaska helped my family buy a home when it was really important and we needed them. Over the past five years they have also helped us with auto loans. Good bank!
