I have been a customer of Saint Mary's Credit Union since 1998! I am very surprised by the ratings I see here. In the past I have dealt with Bank of America, Bank Boston, Citi Bank, Washington Mutual and several others. The personalized service I receive from Saint Mary's in Marlborough is so superior, that, despite the fact that I am no longer living in Marlborough, I have chosen to keep my account. All the employees, from Manager Billy Castillo, to every one of the account managers, assistants and tellers, the service is absolutely the best. No matter what the issue has been, they have ALWAYS worked diligently to be of assistance, always with a smile. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!
