Absolutely disgusting..... I turned up on Saturday 19th may for my daughters 6th birthday party for it to be closed up .i had over 50 kids waiting outside.id booked the party on the 13th March and paid the full amount.if it wasn’t for the lambourne pub I would of had a very upset little girl along with 50 other children.i received no phone call to say there was a problem and have proof from my phone log.ive had to pay out even more money as my food had been wasted as it was a very hot day and lost time from the children’s entertainment.also on top of all this I have been into the hub today to get a refund and compensation for no one to be in again and the volunteers have no numbers to contact any management to sort this out.i have now got to wait untill the 29th of may for the manager to be back if her holiday.im fuming.
