I don’t know what sort of tinpot outfit you run here. I turned up at 2:30pm today 19/5/18 to use the hub for my daughter’s birthday party. We had booked your facility in February and £50 was handed over. Image how annoyed I am right now as no one turned up to open the centre. 46 kids on a car park with no party to go to. Entertainment booked but no where to play. Yep you have disappointed a 6yo girl who was looking like having no party. Thank god The Lambourne could fit us in at last minute or there would have been no party. Imagine telling that to your 6yo at last minute. Anyway I hope someone’s head rolls for this and I will be looking forward to someone contacting me to give me my money back plus it’s fair to say a little bit extra for the inconvenience and money we needed to pay extra to make sure my daughters special day went ahead.
