I found this branch less crowded and they have Fast service in customer relation department. They have separate parking for 3 cars outside their main door which is free for bank customers.

Beware of this...Don't ever sign a cheque of dh20000 for your credit card. Don't fall in fake promise on the sales guy, that you will get 40000 limit or 50000 limit. They will only give you 5000 or 6000 limit card only. But they know how to make it to 20000 liability.

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever been to,the branch doesn't exist at all. It was first shifted on to the opposite side of the road, then that too closed. It still exist on the map and but the branch still shows the timings on the internet. What a pity, poor service to a customer who sees the branch location details and timings and arrive to the branch location and amazed with a shocking surprise that its already shifted to another location but without any information on. Humors it is on the part of the bank who does have branches like finding a needle in the gunny bag filled with grass. I lost the taxi fare and had suffered time lost with physical torture of finding the branch by just walking and crossing the roads like an alien...
