My family had been starhub customers since 2010, subscribing to cable TV, cable internet and 3 mobile lines. For the past 1 year, starhub is unable to resolve the issue with my cable TV which I am unable to view channel 5 and intermittent disconnection of the internet. It is very annoying that the customer service has been using the same method to resolve the problem and is obvious it not working. Goodbye Starhub, I will be cancelling all the plans with you in due time which I had just cancelled my cable TV.
