Love this bank. I appreciate all the great customer service I receive when I go and have transactions done. I was also informed of a check that came back from a company that i cashed and they explained to me what the next process would be!

You would think that if you are in good standing with a bank, that they would be understanding with mistakes on your end and would accommodate. Well not this bank. It's also irritating when you know how things work with free and such, and they tell you otherwise. I was very displeased on how I was treated today and that they would not help or be a little more understanding.
