A 5-Star experience for us. Staff is always efficient at State Employees Federal Credit Union. Two CU Anytime ATMs on-premise are very helpful. Our family also much appreciates State Employees use of the intra-credit union COOP branch banking network. (De Norte FCU recently dropped this benefit).

Their customer service sucks , I moved out of state and called to close my account and get my deposit back $50 , spoke with John and told me my account was inactive and they won’t refund me the deposit, I wasn’t notified by email or mail , so John told me the issue here is my problem because I didn’t update the address, That’s the best way you can solve a problem John ? Bad service , DO NOT RECOMME

Awful ......we have been with secu for too long. 15+ years...we have more than 10 accounts between the family. Their website is always down , and even if you have bills that are set up to pay you are out of luck. So if their websites down you can't make changes, so they don't pay the bills and slap you with insufficient funds fees . And if your accounts compromised forget it, you are out of luck they won't help you. I recomend nusenda...stay away from secu unless you like being frustrated and broke!!!

I've been a member since 1979 and only had a savings account as I was not been able to get a checking account. I went in yesterday to update our information as they had it wrong. Because of Erica Gonzales's great customer service & professionalism we opened a checking account and will do more of our banking business with them. Great job Ms. Gonzales!!!

Barbara Anchondo has no professionalism, office etiquette and blatantly discriminated me. She came to the desk i was sitting at, didn't even introduce herself and humiliated me. This experience was horrible with Barbara standing over me (disabled person) shouting my private information with her hand on her hip and her tone of voice was so condescending. Really bad service and will not return.

Experiences at St Michael's location have been very Great & when certain transactions were made, they called AND text to make sure they weren't fraudelent! Overall, that's wonderful! Keep up the great work & Thank you!

I was having issues with the Real I.D act. My license was expired by 2days. I went to this branch beacuse I was doing a job in Santa Fe. I dont like to carry large amounts of cash while traveling. I stopped for cash to buy material. I stood in line, waited my turn gave the teller my account number and amount needed. She pulled the money, counted the money front of me, then told me I couldnt withdraw the cash because my license was expired! I was forced to use my credit card to purchase the material that day. I guess my picture on the computer screen wasnt good enough?
