I walked in and it was pretty much 'Let me see your tax documents. Do you have any questions. Okay bye. We will call you.' Both my husband and I are both military, I have to file taxes for federal, California, Maryland, and Florida (thankfully Florida doesn't do state taxes). He did not really ask us to many questions to assist us in getting discounts. We also own a small pet boarding business out of our home. The whole thing cost us $355 for him. Short story, he said we would receive $2100 from federal. Out of curiosity, we ran them through Turbo Tax like we normally did before and ended up with $2800 from federal. So now we are having to do an amendment to our taxes. So much stuff was not remotely asked that should of been. Like how much was spent on our uniforms for work or mileage spend for work or business.
