Well if I could give 0 stars I would. Mr. Danneman forgot to include one of my children. Therefore, he missed a child tax credit. He originally said he would take care of it within 1.5 weeks. Called to check status, he is now too busy to get to it. Could be 2 weeks longer! His staff are incompetent at best. HE was also very rude when I called to ask him questions concerning taxes! Since I was paying him, I thought I would be able to inquire about something where he is the "expert" and I am not. Terrible experience.
