Took 2 rings in for resizing & polishing, simple enough you would think, NOT FOR THESE PEOPLE.... I had asked for the main ring(engagement) to go up 1 size & the other (eternity) to be increased to the same size. the lady measured the engagement ring & said it was an M so I said to increase it 1 size, this would make it an N. the eternity ring was a different size altogether , so I asked for both to be increased to the engagement rings new size. I received a phone call the day before I was due to collect saying there was a problem with my order, I was told the engagement ring was already an N size, what would I like to do, I instructed them to increase both rings to the larger size only to be told they had already finish the eternity ring & had increased it to an N. they polished up the engagement ring & I collected both, I informed the assistant that I was far from happy with the service. he didn't seem interested , no apology nothing..an older member of staff overheard me & came to ask the assistant if everything was ok. He was told everything was fine, fine my @rse, wont be going back there in a hurry..I've now got 2 1/2 working day's before Christmas to try to get these done........My Reply to your reply..Thank's for the offer but there's no way I'm coming back to you. I've taken it to a proper jewellers for the resize, they promised to have it ready for Christmas for me.
