Do not use these people it's a scam , None of the money I have paid them has gone towards my student loans. I would advise you to check out this company on BBB they have a D- rating over 51 complaints. You can do everything they are doing for free through department of education. Do not give these crooks your money

Not fraudulent.. they do what they say they do, which is drop your loan payment down by submitting an application to the DOE and putting your loans in forbearance.

if I could give no stars I would. very dishonest and will tell you what you want to hear to get you to give up the money. very fraudulent and I do not recommend.
