***Update*** - I upgraded my review to two stars, the gov.uk website takes documents online now as of July 2018, good job!To be fair, when I was in the UK, I found calling them and the staff there very helpful. Sadly, when you are abroad, the only way to make contact is via phone or writing a letter. I think if they offered an email service for contact it would be a life changer for all involved.

Confused customer service, systems always down, contradictory information, disjointed system between England, Scotland, Wales and NI. Total shambles of a company that relies on apparently no regulation, accountability or competition. Should be able to award no stars.

Disgusting company. Rude and unprofessional staff. Spoke to “manager” Johnnie Dewes who hung the phone up despite not resolving my issues.

Are there any decent lawyers out there? Remember the miss selling of PPI? You're next SLC, changing the terms of the contract mid term, hidden and exorbitant fees... Looking forward to your down fall.

Useless... I overpaid my loan and they continued to take money for 12 months after. Then I had to prove I had overpaid by posting payslips as they don't use emails. Then it takes 20 day for them to review and more time to pay back. Completely unhelpful and out of date.

If I could give them no stars I would. Absolutely diabolical! And a governing body! Don’t waste your time phoning these eejits, they can tell you absolutely nothing. Why do they even exist??
