As a real estate professional, I value meaningful and accurate mortgage pre-approvals, close communication with the client and timely follow through to closing. However, above all else--TRUST is key. I trust Mark Yecies and SunQuest Funding. I can always count on Mark to take care of the client and the transaction. I know he will put the client's interest ahead of his own. I recommend him to family and friends. And I have used him myself for refi. Where other companies promise, SunQuest Funding delivers. That's important to me.

I am a realtor in Maplewood, NJ. Our clients were selling a home in NY and purchasing one with us in NJ. Their "big bank" lender was not able to close their NJ purchase until 3 weeks after their NY sale closed-- causing a huge delay and inconvenience for this family. They switched to SunQuest, where David Rubenstein fast tracked their commitment and got their NJ purchase closed the same day as their NY sale. No 3 week delay! Chris & the SunQuest team were given a highly favorable referral by another professional in the industry to utilize Chris's services. During our initial phone calls, e-mails and introductory paperwork required for my subsequent mortgage approval, I was impressed with Chris's ability to answer a variety of questions with ease. His services at all levels was incredibly helpful and understanding. Approximately 1 year after my closing, I was assessed thousands of dollars on my mortgage escrow due to a faulty closing error by my Reality Company. They refused to pay me my money for taxes they had held. Unsure who to contact- I reached out to Chris who kindly went to bat for me and contacted both local and state colleagues to get answers. It was only AFTER he took it upon himself to help me out that I was given back money my Reality Company erroneously had kept. It was through Chris's professional guidance that I was able to ensure the party responsible for their negligence was required to pay, in full, with any penalties on delinquent accounts, so the account could be whole. I can't thank Christian & his team enough for their prompt, professional behavior & evaluation before and after the mortgage closing. He saved me an incredible amount of time & money. You need someone you can trust, that professional is Christian Weigand.
