I do not know where the bad reviews come from. I have been using Superior for about four years. I have never had a problem. Not one. They are responsive whenever I call. Their new reporting is clear and easy. When I have had problem loans they were quick with the NOD. I am very happy with Superior.

I have been working with Superior Loan Servicing for a few years now, after frustrating experiences with 2 other loan servicing providers. I have been given excellent service by Roni, Tracy, Francis, Kathleen, Kevin, Barry, Scott, and perhaps a few others I forgot to mention. I use them exclusively for handling the loans I fund. They are up on the latest laws, and they always take my calls and handle everything right away with the utmost professionalism Many thanks to all of you at SLS!😊

My title company asked for a pay-off on 4/18, and has followed up several times. It is now 4/25 (7 days later) and we have still not received a pay off. I called myself, was on hold, someone answered, I explained the situation, he said let me check on that for you, then put me on hold. Someone else answered, explained my situation to the new person, they said let me check on that for you and put me on hold again. Very poor customer service and I am at risk of delaying the sale of my property because they cannot provide a pay-off.

Similar to the last review. Whomever is there in serving...some gal named Roni Duran needs some serious training in customer service and simple etiquette. Payoff demand you have to jump through loopholes for something so remedial. Then to get a simple payment history, I called back and this same girl gave me major attitude again. God help you if you get these people to service your loans

Thee absolute WORST financing company known to man! Liars, thieves and dishonest! It takes them over 72 hours to get a payoff letter, no one on the phone will help you. They keep transferring your calls to different people who are clueless. HORRIBLE customer service! Absolutely disgusting company! NEVER EVER EVER USE THEM! Spend the extra money and go elsewhere!
