The customer service and attention to detail made the sign up process very smooth and easy on my side.

I wish I found them sooner. I wouldn't change anything about the experience that I can think of.

The onboarding was open book. None of the typical hidden fees you usually get with processors. I know exactly what my costs are.
What would you change about the experience?
Nothing, i learned a ton. So far so good, we will see how much it saves us as we charge back from the COVID pains

Honestly, nothing really, I've been pleased all the way through. I had bad experiences with other companies before, but not this one.
