The Service Manager Cody always professionally prompts through. I work out of town and it's hard for me to manage in-town appoitments. Even in last minute request, Cody always accomodates availability. There are many other Fords I can go to get my Fusion worked on but I come to this location because I know my car will not only get fully examined but also get honest maintenance advice. I always appreciate Cody who takes his work seriously and be willinging to work with other people's needs. Instead of rushing people out the door.

I always used to buy my cars from here. Was always impressed with my cars salesman and my selection of cars with discounts. However, since switching locations the service has been poor. I took my brand new '17 escape there with the check engine light on and they said nothing was wrong, 2 days later it started making noises and turns out I needed a new cylinderhead. I was leaking antifreeze in my engine. They said they would need to keep my car for a week, but refused to give me a vehicle in the meantime to drive. Took my car to Thouroughbred Ford and had a much better experience. They got my car fixed and gave me a rental. Will definitely be doing my car buying from Thouroughbred from now on.

If you're looking for nice, well taken care of vehicles, look no further. They have a great selection of affordable new and pre-owned vehicles. The staff was very helpful, especially Jennie and Kirk. They helped get me into a vehicle i absolutely love, for very fair prices and financing. I recommend this dealership to the highest extent as far as products and customer service go.
