Absolutely HORRIBLE I went and opened an account before thanksgiving, waited over a month on a debit card that the lady NEVER even ordered after she told me she did. And have since REordered a debit card 3 times and have not received it. When I told them I wanted to close the account and get the $10.00 app fee back that I used to open the account their response was "oh no, we cant do that" NO customer service HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I know TWO other people that have opened there accounts there with the same problem. TAKE MY ADVICE DON'T GO THERE!
