TCI IS THE WORST!!! THEY LURE YOU IN AND MAKE IT SEEM LIKE THEY ARE THERE TO HELP! For any little reason they hold your funds. Since the oilfield went down we have been fighting day to day to make it. We have been struggling hard these last couple months and and our insurance canceled. Nicole our team manager told me that they would be switching us to another team in TCI. She did not tell me at the moment that they were going to close us out. IF YOU ARE STILL A CUSTOMER WITH TCI MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONSTANTLY PRINTING OUT YOUR REPORTS ON CADENCE ON WHO PAYS AND WHEN. CHECK IT DAILY AND PRINT WEEKLY. BECAUSE AS SOON AS THEY SAY THEY ARE JUST GOING TO SWITCH YOU TO ANOTHER TEAM TO LOWER YOUR MONTHLY QUOTA THEY LOCK YOU OUT OF CADENCE AND CALL ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR FULL COLLECTION. i EVEN HAD ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS SAYING THAT THEY WEREN'T AWARE THAT THEY STILL HAD A BALANCE WITH TCI. AND I CAN'T EVEN CHECK ON OUR END SINCE THEY LOCKED ME OUT!! ALSO we had been calling since last Friday to speak with someone and today its already the following Friday. When everything is good they return your call but as soon as possible but as soon as they are switching you to "the other team" they STOP ANSWERING YOUR CALLS. MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL THE FINE PRINT BECAUSE YOU ARE LOCKED IN FOR THE YEAR AND IF YOU WANT TO TERMINATE YOUR CONTRACT FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR YOU HAVE TO SEND IN A WRITTEN NOTICE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE YEARLY DATE OR THEY AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR CONTRACT. ALSO WE JUST SENT IN $16,000 worth of invoices since they said they would work with us at that time. They received the invoices today and when I was finally able to speak with somebody and that's because we ask for the person in charge they told us they would hold on to our invoices until are account is compelty paid off. NOW HOW CAN THEY HOLD ON TO OUR INVOICES IF THEY HAVE NOT EVEN PURCHASED THEM! I UNDERSTAND YOU NEED TO COLLECT THE MONEY THAT IS OWED TO YOU! BUT HOW CAN YOU HOLD INVOICES THAT YOU HAVE NOT EVEN PURCHASED YET!!!
