I have had a very bad experience of sending parcels from this post shop and never reaching its destination in Australia. Four different times. Three were last January and the recent one I sent a parcel on 23-02-2018, the lady over the counter( oldish Maori lady) did not give me any tracking receipt on the customer copy. The parcel was meant for Canada, this time and had herbal hair colours. It is shocking just how this is allowed to happen. I have used services at Frankston shop too and all my parcels reached there destination but not one sent from this Te rapa shop. I cannot find out what happens to my parcels.
