Client Review on Teague's JewelryLoan

Feedback:

Went in to sell my diamond ring (EGL certified .72CT princess cut, F color, Sl1). Person greeted and asked my price. I responded $3,000 around the price I paid. He said we can't do that much, but come back when Mrs. Teague is here(Apparently it had enough value for him to tell me to come back). I come back in 30-45 minutes later, spoke with Mrs. Teague for 5 seconds (she didn't even look at it) before she passed with no counter offer. I asked her no offer what so ever? She stated $500. Because they would only give more if the diamond was bigger.(If that was true why didn't the forst guy say that?) Apparently quality has no bearings on price here.TLDR: wasted 45 min for the owner to glance at a diamond worth at least $2000 and pass, then offer $500.Edit: You should definitely try if you care about customer service, if not then why even respond to my review?I bet there won't be a response to this one though. Customers beware, if you want good service; go somewhere else.Edit: So if we agree it has value, why did I get treated poorly? I understand what I paid has no bearings on what you purchase at but a customer shouldn't leave your store feeling like they weren't respected.
