Very poor customer service. I went in today and one employee (who might have been training the one that was actually helping me) was very rude. When asking a question she pretty much yelled at me and wasn't showing any type of respect. Never doing business there again. There are other places who offer the same services with a much friendlier environment.

Racially discriminatory! Elizabeth has a very nonchalant tone over the phone & in person. Very poor customer service & discovery question skill set. The manager + Elizabeth literally talked trash about me & afterward was denied simply BC employment is with another state. I have never been so disrespect in my own realm of business in all my days.

Both of the ladies were very friendly, patient and helpful. With all of my questions, I probably would've annoyed most. Allie was the first to help me and I didn't catch the other ladies name.
