I called and asked if they had a notary public. They first answered the phone with "Hello", so I thought I had the wrong number. Then when I got the change to ask if they had the notary I got "I'm sure we do but I don't know". Most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a bank.

I worked with a guy named R. Skula. He has the nastiest attitude and was so unpleasant that we decided to go elsewhere. I've never has such terrible service in my life.
