Feedback:
Horrible bank horrible customer service. While I was there I saw a young lady was closing her account because they wouldn't let her make a withdrawl from her bank account because her husband's name was on the deposit with her name, and it was her account. When the woman tried to get them to talk to her husband the lady refused toTo speak to her and even send they would just send the deposit back! The woman was distraught. I just turned around and walked out. My husband and I are moving all of our money to USAA now. It maybe a bit of a drive but his account has never given us problems and we just opened this one since it was so close to us. But I don't want to be treated like that!
Feedback:
If you have wondered what it feels like to treated with total disrespect at a financial institution, this is your bank. In agreement with previous reviews, this bank hides behind policies that are not disclosed when opening an account. I was recently notified that transactions are based on the bank manager’s discretion. Small town values and courtesies do not apply here.

They do not explain policies very well at all. They will tell you things work one way when you open your account and then charge you fees because it turns out that information was incorrect. They can't even put stop payments on charges you don't authorize. Your money is not safe with them!
