If i could give no stars i would worse customer service ever. They call and harass you everyday and the voicemails are rude. My loan was 1100 i offered 1600 to just pay it off in February so i could just leave them be and whatever they didnt want to take that option because of the late fees and other fees. Also when in February when i said a day i was coming in that same say thay took money out of my account and acted surprised when i called and said they took money out of my account NEVER USE THEM..

THANK YOU ladies for helping me in my time of need. As long as you do what you say your going to do they are great at the Gilmer Rd Texas Star.. Its easy to tell they are here to help. They give reminder calls if you want. you can setup auto payments as well.

They harass people. They would call you everyday for a week asking you when would you be in to make a payment. So I tell them and they call back the next day asking to same question. I till then on my due date..
