Bought a 2006 grand scenic last week. Great car, great service. Nyall was my salesperson an he was friendly an helpfully. Was a slight delay on the car being ready but only because they changed the clutch at no cost to me. For a 12 year old car it's in amazing shape and 3 month warranty is great. Cheers guys

Drove 150 miles today to view and Audi, everything was exactly what they told me on the phone, Hamza was great, he made the whole process very easy for me and I drove away the same day with the car, it’s even better than I thought! Couldn’t be happier, they do everything by the book. Would recommend anyone wanting a car to use them! All the staff where friendly too! Big thumbs up guys!

Phoned up 09.00 ref: Mercedes ML. Loan approved 09.15. Left home 10.00. Arrived Leamington Spa 12.30. Viewed car 12.45. Signed finance papers 13.00. Costa Coffee *drive thru* 13.45 in my new car. Now home. Superb, seamless, same day service. Thank-you to all!

I paid a deposit to reserve a car that I had seen on their website. I later decided not to get the car (without viewing it) so called up to let them know. Although I hadn’t been down to view the car, they gave me back my deposit straight away with no hassle.

Worst car company ever. Don't believe a word of what they say! Complete cowards! Avoid at all costs. They were all nice at first with smiles and gave good customer service. Then soon as I purchased the vehicle by there good sales team. That blindly hide things from you. Then all of a sudden problems soon followered with the car. The car had warn ing of punctures because they sold me vehicle with very worn tyres on. They said it was fine to sell me a car worth £3500 and tyres that had only 2k miles left on them. Not acceptable. The finance team that is called rate setter disabled my car after I couldn't afford the repayments as the car needed new tyres and steering fix. This company are very aggressive and steal your money. I would highly recommend to stay well clear of this company. I went in to talk to the manager of the company and he was extremely hostile. This review will be staying up so people can get honest review P.S EXPECT BAD FEEDBACK ON OTHER CHANNELS.
