These guys aren’t even second rate! It was comical to hear their explanation about Rolex watches, first they are not certified to work on Rolex so DO NOT take your there if you ask them if they are then some kind of crazy excuse about there being no certified Rolex repair, well.... it’s called CW-21 certified by Rolex to repair and service them! They will take your watch apart to AUTHENTICATE it but I’m wondering if there is zero certifications in the place who can authenticate it? Lol it’s a joke at best! I’m sure some guy that seen a few Rolex watches is willing to pop them open (voiding) any warranty you have on your timepiece all the while explaining to you that it’s an OLD Rolex and "Round Here" in Kentucky you can buyem’ For Real cheap bahahaha cmon people use your head go to Rivard they are CERTIFIED and your warranty will stand!

My complaints have been taken care of and I deleted my bad review. Brittany at the Richmond store called and helped me resolve the issue. She showed great customer service and provided options to satisfy me the customer.

I was looking for a Rolex model 15505 to replace a stolen one. I found one on their website and contacted Brittany for help. She was great and the watch looks better in person than in the pics! I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Brittany!

I can't say enough about The Castle on New Circle Rd. They had my rings re-sized in a flash and even replaced an accent diamond that came out somewhere in the process! Brittany Jacobs is absolutely the most pleasant and professional person I have ever encountered. She made all the difference in the world with my experience at The Castle. I will definitely be back.
