If I could rate lower than one star I would. I’ve been harassed incessantly even with a current account. Was served with court papers for a delinquent account when I was still well within my grace period written in my contract. Twice now they have charged my credit card and held double the funds even after my payment had cleared, causing me hell and extra fees with my credit card. Stay far away from this business!

Horrible finance place. After they ran my card with out my consent they still didn’t turn my car on they shut it off. Customer service is ridiculous! They need to fire whole staff and actually get better people. Starting from manager all the way down in that place. I will not let this get away I’m looking to file law suit against this place very unprofessional and rude. You can’t just run people’s cars after they said they don’t have funds!

They're now telling me they will not accept anything less than $600 for a payment. I'm only 15 days past due. My next payment isn't due till Dec 15th. And between two payments it's only $538. I am so tired of dealing with them. Especially at the new Nampa ID location. Worse customer service and complete miscommunication. I've been paying on my car for a year now and they're showing the balance due as $1300 more then when i financed it. This company is a complete ripoff!!!! Do not finance with them!!! Update: I recently voluntarily surrendered my car and they are demanding $255 a month which is $10 less than my actual payment. They refuse to accept a lower payment. I also asked to be sent a copy of the amount of sale and the remainder of the loan and they refuse to send it to me. I will be contacting the BBB, Attorney General and the local News station. They are a very unethical company. DO NOT do business with them.

If you need a payment defer due to someone dying in your family they won't help you.They say they will but I have learned that they don't. I was told by the manager that they don't care who died in my family if the payment is due they expect the payment on that day or your car will be sold!!

They approved my loan but they need training on accounting( certified training) and for customer service. They need to be an advocate, apparently, they don't don't do that.

I bought a car through a local used car dealer and Equitable bought my loan. I have had nothing but issues with them. First, they installed a device in my car that allows them to shut down my car anytime they want. Which they did because they said I was late on my payment when in reality, my payment wasn't due for another two weeks. I called and had to speak with 3 different people before I could get back on the road. I missed a business meeting because of it. Yesterday, I called to make my payment over the phone, which went through accordingly, but woke up this morning to a message from my bank saying they charged me twice. That's almost $600 they withdrew from my account, overdrafting me. When I called, they said there wasn't anything they could do until it cleared my bank. Then I would have to drive 40 minutes to their office so they could cut me a check. If you have any choice in the matter, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
