Michele McClintock help me sell my house that I did not think was possible to sell. She turned a nightmare into a dream come true. I had been trying to sell this house as a short sale for 3 years. The original second mortgage company had approved the short sale but when they sold the loan to another company, that company came in and declined the short sale. For 2 years after that I tried selling my home with two other realtors and one lawyer. Each time we had a buyer the second would deny everything. We tried it all, promissory note, pay the second the cash they were asking for, etc., nothing was working. Along came a Keller Williams realtor Dipency Georges, who introduce me to Michele McClintock. Michele and Dipency worked tirelessly to close on the short sale of my home. They managed to get the second mortgage company to agree to the terms of the short sale and now my life is wonderful once again.
