The people at this company went above and beyond for me when they didn’t have to. It was an unexpected surprise to see the kind of care and attention that they showed me. I had put in an application a week ago. I got approved for a title loan which would have been great but I already had a title loan with Title Max(big mistake). So I let them know and hung up. This week Rose called me and I missed the call. I called them back and she offered me a title loan. I explained to her again that I had mentioned last week I already had one with Title Max but expressed my concerns about how terrible the loans with them are and how it was more like a monthly payday loan. What happened next was unimaginable. She offered to pay off the loan with Title Max and even give me a little extra to take home with me! We went to the bank and then to Title Max and it was done. I couldn’t believe it. I’m truly thankful that they were there for me!

I’ve had my loan for about 2 years now and they literally accepted me with no credit history at all and I was barely starting my new job. They worked with that I had and they have been til this day ! If y’all want a loan to help pay a bill, car, house or even just to improve your credit, i highly recommend this place ! They all are very nice and customer service is a 10!

When I was in need of a loan I was so unsure of where to.go and try because of my credit...so I took a chance and tried The Loan Store. Rose was the lady that helped me and took my application. I was so doubtful because my credit was not good. She said to me let me try and see what i can do... after almost all day she called me back and approved me! I was so happy and shocked but since then I have heen keeping my business with The Loan Store. Great customer service and Donna is fabulous as well! I totally recommend this place for all your loan needs or merchandise you want! Thank you Rose and staff!
