Staff were very helpful I had called them from the Edgware branch of the money shop where the staff were horrible and lied and unhelpful. But in Camden Town. Branch thee young girl who answered my call was so helpful in the phone when I explained how I was treated at the Edgware branch she said come I. Now we will do what we can in the shop as it was near closing time they gave me what they had and the balance the next day. This is what.ypu call service and putting the customer first and helping them out

Worse experience exchanging money ever! Waited half an hour for the exchange, with only 2 people infront of me because Yurate Rehorek was slow as ever and the only member of staff in the shop! Made 3 of us wait at least 10 minutes to count money, (apparently company policy) for safety reasons, however there was nobody to assist and/ or take her place to deal with the customers she had infront of her.. Constantly walking away from the till, going to the back and coming back. At least 30 minutes wait, with 2 people infront (one of which let me go infront of her) simply to exchange a few hundred pounds into euros. Place literally stinks! Absolute joke!

Pathetic. Called ahead to make sure I can buy Euro here. Got chased out rudely by staff saying they are too busy to help me. There was one staff member and she was very rude and unprofessional. She said all the other staff took lunch and that I have to wait an hour for them to come back. I am shocked and insulted at the treatment I got and I will be returning to meet with the owner to make sure the staff member who spoke to me gets addressed. Avoid.
