The environment around the apartment is quiet and very safe. There are washer and dryer inside the apartment, it is very convenient for your laundry....i really enjoy living here....Thanks.

This place is just awful! So many issues.Old appliances. Bugs everywhere, no matter how much I sprayed. Maintenance will walk in without knocking. Staff is insanely rude and will look at their phones while talking to you. Kept giving me wrong information. Walls are thin. Metal bifold doors that are awful. Mold in fridge when I moved in. Cheap paint that tears if you bump into it. Medicine cabinet won’t stay shut. Constant accumulation of mold everywhere no matter how much I clean or what with. Cheap mailboxes that even the mailman doesn’t shut. Put in work orders and maintenance will say it’s fixed but they never touched it. I could go on forever....Only benefit: close to 66. Cheap for the area, but it’s for a reason.

Lived here when owned by Buzzuto. Loved them very efficient and respectful. New management was very deceptive and extremely unprofessional.

customer service is horrible and has to much of attitude. Refused to show the apartment to us. very bad parking and they have strategy to make money off of towing. Efrain Zeballos was the guy who served and has very bad customer service . Because of guy like this we are not getting this apartment

Place is great, lived here for 2 years, would give 5 star but only problem is that they should have bigger rooms and that every summer my ac keeps breaking, other then that, great place to live

Moved in a couple weeks ago . So far so good I don't have any complaints whatsoever. Staff are GREAT! I'm new around the area so they have been more the friendly and helpful Making my experience pleasant and easy. I would give them more the 5 star if I could. Thank you Point at Bullrun for making it a home.

This apartment complex meets more than expected. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet and has a lot to offer. Leasing office is helpful, courteous, and timely, and they always makes sure to answer you questions the best they could.

I want to say a big Thank you to the office Management & John the maintenance Supervisor & his coworker Javier for being so prompt, professional, and polite! Since we moved here four years ago they all have always been so on top of it when it comes to our request. The customer service is exceptional! Keep up the good work!
