Though this company has been known to help people maybe one in 20 clients to do something that they could do on their own for free that’s not their true goal. A real motivation of this company is to take advantage of people that are already in debt and put them further and deeper into debt. They pray on individuals that have excess of student loans and have not been able to locate a job in promised them lower payment and loan forgiveness . Avoid this company and companies like them like the plague not only are they unethical but they do not encourage any type of ethics in their employees Customer service is nonexistent I’ve also spoken to several people who used to work there and the tactics used daily were fear intimidation and bullyingIf integrity means anything to you avoid this company and companies like it at all costs
