When I decided to sell my business, I had a loan with Thinking Capital. The buyer knew it and he was ready to endorse it (because you need to personally endorse the loan, even if you take the loan for a business). When I asked Thinking Capital to remove my name from the loan they refused. They said I was the one taking the loan so I had to be the one to refund it. So now I am stuck with a loan with my name on it even if the money belongs to the company.
