Overall Feedback:

I am a small business owner and a newcomer to the Titan Merchant Services. I have tried other services and found that most will not do business with anyone who deals with firearms. As a gunsmith this has posed a problem. Mr. Fabian Garcia, the call center director, has been my point of contact with Titan since I first started and has addressed all of my questions and problems. His service has always been prompt and positive but my biggest problem has been with the PCI compliance program. Mr. Garcia's knowledge and assistance has guided me through this and finally resolved all of the issues. JOB WELL DONE! Thanks.
