Google their address: Any of them. They're a boiler room. There is no office. Walk into one of their virtual offices- a bogus "lobby greeter" may greet you, but that is part of their paid subscription to DaVinci Virtual Office. The same lobby greeter serves every virtual tenant under any number of fictitious names. There are no staff, there are no occupied offices. Read the "Debt Cancellation Waiver" in the contract they induce you with. You'll be on the hook for 300% of the amount you borrowed, and they'll have your title for leverage. File a Fraud in the Inducement suit against them today. The Principle names are Geromina G Medina of Washington State, Richard Tolan, Jeremy Tolan, Joshua Tolan, Peter Pocrnich, and Neal Quiriconi of 1500 Skokie Blvd, Northbrook, Illinois 60062. Marlin Financial is just one of MANY fictitious names they operate under. State of California has already shut them down under no less than six fictitious names for violations of finance law.
