The concept of this POS system is great! The execution of setup and problem resolution is severely lacking. Poor ability to track reoccurring system issues. Unwilling to follow through with what their staff members promise during issue resolution. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution of outstanding issues. Their Toast go-s have a lot of issues to work out. In two years time we have had to switch out all of our equipment multiple times. Constant battles of warranty issues. Looks like they have grown so quickly that they are unable to keep a high quality standard of customer service and equipment for its customers.
