Very understanding when you fall behind due to the high interest, I believe they enjoy this. I fell behind three payments. Got a job, paid two the third the next week. Lost my key. Notifified them. Had a new job making good money, desperately needed a copy of key I gave them to keep job. Mary, I believe the owners wife could of cared less. She wouldn’t make a copy, wouldn’t let me make a copy, very cold and callous, welcome to America the land of the greedy. I was forced to hot wire my vehicle so the keys are now useless. I explained to her on a Monday I lost my key and a day of work. If I no-showed Tuesday my job was history. She told me she’d call me when she figured something out.tuesday after I was notified bh mhsupervisof they were letting me go. Wednesday morning I mentioned this to Mary and pleaded for her to help, I now had no job and no vehicle. Again, a very lax response of, I’ll see what I can do. Heard nothing, went by Thursday and explained I was about to crash thr ignition with a screw driver. She asked me too come back at 4 pm and she would meet me at Home Depot. Returned to at, made they key and she had the audacity to has me , “So what happed to with my job” I just wanted to kick her. Is this the type of company you want to deal with......
