Never use. Biggest rip off company ever. No statements , no hidden charges seen added whenever they like. I mean 1000's and 1000's after one average loan, paid off after 10 year deal but they still want another 20,000 pounds in charges they have never told us about. If you fall behind because you are unable to work due to an accident, they make an agreement with you to catch up what you are behind on. Then they charge you at least £100 per month on a so called management fee on the interest they decide on your complete loan. Never telling you this until your loan is paid. Then all these charges appear from nowhere so in actual fact they are expecting you to pay about 300 per cent back on your loan. See a solicitor as soon as you ask for your balance
