If you have a credit card through here and get ripped off when purchasing something don't expect any help. This coupled with wanting you to fax something when handling a dispute is too much. Fax machines are 80's tech and when you have pics and video displaying the obvious misrepresented items, how are you going to see that in a fax? Not to mention it took over a day just to find a fax machine. Then, when you finally do fax the info, guess what, they didn't get it and now you're past your deadline. Sounds like pure laziness and imcompententacy. I think sometimes people like to tell you to fax something to try and discourage you from proceeding and making their life easier in the end. Sad.
