I wish I could rate this as a negative star. I've tried to contact them for weeks as I got a better deal with another company that answers my phone calls. These guys are completely unprofessional and impossible to work with. They are not experts in anything, let alone the basic skill in business of communication to your customer.Feb 14 2019 update. I was contacted by the owner's wife, Linda. I had a great conversation with her and she assured me that she is making sure that this doesn't happen again.

I Had a pretty lengthy “tech” talk with Jason today. It was a pleasure to talk to Jason and listen to someone who actually knows what they are talking about. Very articulate and knowledgeable. I would go to Jason any day to get IT advice!

We love working with Total Apps! They are always an absolute pleasure to work with, and have great customer service! I have called in many times even for very 'basic' issues, and they never make me feel lower then for doing so. I would highly recommend and have recommended them to many of my friends and colleagues for payment processing!

I needed to make contact with Total Apps which I rarely have need to do. Not knowing an exact route I pulled up an old email, used the contact information and received an immediate response with several follow up calls to ensure my issue was resolved. Very pleased.

I don't know what the negative reviews are about. I've used these guys for over 15 years across 10 plus companies I've helped and they have always delivered. We've had everything from manual swipe machines to several different online platforms we've needed help integrating to and we have never been disappointed. Every other company I've tried is always a nightmare at some point and Total apps makes it easy. You would be crazy to not call these guys and give them a shot.

This is by far the worse experience I have ever encountered, they were very unprofessional, did not respond to emails or phone calls, they made me believe I was approved and then last minute removed my application without warning. They have delayed my business and don't care about people's lively hood. I dealt with a girl Linda, and she's more full of crap then the whole organization! She did nothing but waste my time. If your looking for a merchant company DO NOT USE TOTAL-APPS, there are many other companies out there to use, TOTAL-APPS will do nothing but string you along and waste your time! Don't make the same mistake I did!!
