Some of the staff at the main hospital and at the heart Institute are rude and uncaring. My husband had an appointment for a test and they forgot about me. I was supposed to see him before his procedure. I had to watch other people come n go without a word to me. I went to the desk to inquire about why I haven't been called. They realized they forgot. When I finally got to see him, a nurse come in a second later n coldly tells me" say I love you n see you later " because they are taking him right now. Wouldn't even give me a min alone to say anything! No apologies, nothing!
