Unfortunatly I had to leave TCCU. They were badly outdated so a building upgrade fixes things? No. It took me a month to get a debt card cause it must have gotten "lost in the mail". Yet, they are trusting a 3rd party to make their debt cards without tracking or accountability and they dont care that if it gets lost their more than willing to spend money to "expedite" it which takes the same amount of time to just order another card. Suzette the CEO was so condescending im amazed she even has this job. What are her qualifications? If you have an angry customer in your lobby demanding answers maybe you should leave the "i dont know's" at your desk and come correct with answers. You dont know why your bank is having issues, you dont know who makes the debt cardd, you dont know MY NAME???? What good are you? Two ladies, Jen and Dawn were the ONLY people to apologize for this being out-of-the-ordinary. Whereas the boss/CEO SUZETTE wanted me out of the building more than she cared that there was an unhappy customer, mad that the bank has no answers. I gave 2 stars because they are awesome at correcting financial issues quickly and promptly, yet if u need actual customer service....bank somewhere else. Credit Unions are supposed to care about their members. If Suzette doesnt im sure the rest of TCCU doesnt either. 20 year customer gone because of Suzette. I hope action is taken and i hope corrections are made otherwise the new face list to the building was a HUGE waste of membera money!
