Working with The Total Lending company was good. Would have given 5 stars, however, there seemed to be a lot of miscommunications between the agent, processor and myself. Also, the agent told me that I would receive credits for watching the short informational videos, which was not true, and nobody wanted to take initiative to right the wrong, or even take responsibility for giving me the wrong information, so that was frustrating. I really wish that I felt that the company was looking out for my best interest and trying to give me deals, but I never felt that way. Even looking at the first loan estimates they were charging me VA loans that were not suppose to be charged. Use this company if you are very knowledgable about buying a house. If it is your first time buying a home, probably look somewhere else. I hope closing goes better.
