What was the best part of the experience?
I chose them because of the prices. Initially, Cliff was very nice and polite. Once he got the deposit, things started to go south!
What would you change about the experience?
I will NEVER use them again. I am not certain if Cliff Toulson is even qualified to submit for 8A certification.

Cliff Toulson of Toulson Enterprises, LLC is running a scam. Our company hired him to file an 8A with SBA. Part of the contract was that he was to create the company's by-laws for $500. He copies something from online and sends it back to me. When I questioned (politely), he got offended and sent an email to terminate the contract. He deducted $800 from the deposit. According to the contract, it would have been $500 for by-laws, which was fake to begin with. When I tried contacting him, he did not bother to respond. I'd not recommend this company to anyone. He is a fraud!
