Back in the spring I was in a terrible situation where my investment property was completely destroyed in a catastrophic fire. I was working with my insurance and needed tax advice. I reached out to town CPA because they are in my neighborhood. First they told me they only provide advice to current customers. After I promised if I am happy with the service they provide, I will use them to do my taxes for this complicated year and going forward, I had an e-mail from Nune asking for more information, which I provided, then I never heard back. Disappointed to not have received their attention in the time when tax experise was most needed. Obviously not giving them my business and not recommending to others.

Since my first meeting with Nune 3 years ago, she has become much more than a CPA. She has done a great job in helping me understand some of the more complex aspects of the IRS tax code as well as helped me through different aspects and disciplines of bookkeeping. Nune really takes the time to understand what your real need is and what you are trying to achieve in the long term and works with you to develop a plan. Her mentorship and guidance has always been above and beyond my expectations and I walk away confident and highly satisfied after every meeting.

Ms. Khachatrian is a highly qualified CPA, and an expert in a wide range of accounting and tax areas. She is an owner of small accounting firm located in Belmont, MA. She assisted me in the purchase of a rental property, and proved more knowledgeable than the attorneys involved in the transaction. She prepared my fairly complex income tax returns, including the schedules that dealt with a limited liability corporation created to manage the rental property.
