Absolutely horrid bank. Called to discuss some issues I was having with an account. Never once mentioned taking out a loan. The rep Lyndsey Laske pulled my credit bureau without asking me or even telling me she was doing it. It lowered my credit score 3 points. When I called them out on it, the answer was "Oh we can do it, its part of the member agreement" I had her send me the member agreement. No where in there does it say they are free to make hard inquiries on your credit whenever they choose. Stay away from this bank people. They are snakes. I am closing my accounts tomorrow and switching to another credit union. Then Im pursuing this bank by any legals means necessary. Consumer beware!!!!
