Overall Feedback:
Agree totally with these comments. Avoid at all costs! Visitors exchanging euros were given paper £5 and £10 notes - no longer valid! This entailed an unplanned visit to a bank to re-exchange these obsolete notes, our guests were none the wiser and required advice. Unethical and unbelievable!
