After I get my loan paid off I will never come back here and I wish Scott was back for all the years I been here no one had ever done me the way they did today I took my vehicle up there for them to look she would not even take the time to look at it she walked out side and was like oh no and didn't even look at it then she was like oh I can get you 700 if you can get me a title and like I told her we don't have another title we just want them to get the title back and be through them then she is like oh well you have 200 I can give you on the loan that we done have and then when I call to tell her to have it ready she backed out again that's messed up I will never come back her and I will never tell anyone about yall again

I’ve only used them once and very recent, but I can tell you that Sandra has went above and beyond to make sure that I made the best decision possible for my family. She doesn’t just throw you into a loan, she truly goes over things and makes sure that you will be leaving with, if a vehicle that is going to suit your needs. I would highly recommend that if you’re looking for some help to get financed with less hassle of the big bank to stop in and ask for Sandra.

Friendly people eager to get your business then goes downhill from there. I had been a customer for a long time. I was financed on a vehicle and late on maybe 2 paymente in the last 12 months I had been with then for 3 years. I attempted to trade my vehicle finances through them for another. They refused to let me trade due to having quote "in reliable credit history because I was late on 2 payments in 1 year. I attempted to trade and financed through a diff company. They requested oi 3 way call with the other finace company and told them i was unreliable and talked them out of trading. They have done this to me on 4 diff vehicles. Iat one point they refused to give the pay off amount to one car lot because of this. After I got away from then I will never again do business with them definaltey are aggressive on keeping your business with them.
